Q. How long will it take to deliver my order?
A. Domestic orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not regarded as business days.

Q. Are there any delivery charges?
A. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 4,000. Your product total after any discount should be above INR 4,000. For orders under INR 4,000 the total shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on final weight and volume of the package to be delivered.

Q. Who will deliver my order?
A. Within India, we ship through a registered courier company Delhivery. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us. Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

Q. How do I track my order?

Q. Do you ship globally?
A. Yes, we ship to more than 250 countries. However, International duties and taxes will have to paid as per the local delivery company.

Q. What fabrics do you use for your sleepwear?
A. We use 100% cotton fabric. Most of our prints are handmade by artisans, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products, which is not regarded as a defect.

Q. Can the sleepwear be customised?
A. Products that are available on our website cannot be customised. For special orders, please do get in touch with us.

Q. How should I take care of my sleepwear?
A. Please hand wash the garments separately in cold water. In order to maintain the colour of the fabric, use mild detergents and do not soak or tumble dry. Please avoid drying in direct sunlight.

Q. What wax do you use for the candles?
A. Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax.

Q. How should I take care of the candles?
A. For best results, keep the wick centered and trimmed to 1/4”. Do not burn for more than 2 hours at one use.
